We keep your information safe by storing it securely in electronic format only, and only our administration team can access it for the purpose of direct communication with you for your benefit.
We keep your information on a database for four years at which point we securely destroy it if you have been inactive by securely erasing your data and erasing any electronic correspondence. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. You can also ask us to delete your personal contact details from our system if desired.
